Your bill is made up of four components:
NEW RATES EFFECTIVE 10-01-2017
I. Base Water Rate
A fixed charge of $18.00 per month for five (5) units* of water.
II. Water
A water charge for any water used over the five(5) CCF per month is added. This charge varies by the amount of water used.
- 6-17.5 CCF @ $2.78/CCF
- 18-50 CCF @ $4.85CCF
- 51 CCF + @ 6.30/CCF
III. Supplemental Water
- A fixed charge of $46.17 per month for Supplemental Water is included (for a Single Family Dwelling)
- A fixed charge of $15.97 per month for Supplemental Water is included (for a Multi-Family Dwelling/Condo)
IV. Sewer
A fixed charge for sewer of $68.43 per month is included.
* Units of water measured in hundred cubic feet or CCF.
** One CCF is equal to 748 gallons
