*PROPERTY OWNERS/MANAGERS: Please note that we can bill tenants as a courtesy to our shareholders, however, failure of tenant to pay is not the responsibility of the WMWC, and we will ultimately look to the property owner/manager for payment of any delinquent invoices. We will do our best to alert you in a timely manner if a tenant has fallen behind on their billing, but again, the responsibility falls to you as the property owner.
