Bills may be paid by Automatic Bill Payment.
Auto Bill Pay is a fast and convenient way for you to pay your Woodlands Mutual Water Company bill. With Auto Bill Pay, your payment is automatically deducted from your bank account without writing or mailing a check. You will continue to receive your WMWC billing statement. This will allow you time to contact WMWC with any questions before your payment is made. Payments will be automatically debited from the account designated by you, on or about 30 days from the date of your invoice.
In order to enable automatic bill pay, you must print and complete the Auto Bill Pay Authorization Form and include a voided check from your bank account. The completed (signed and dated) form along with your voided check should be mailed to:

The amount of your bill will be automatically deducted from your account on the due date printed on the invoice.
If sufficient funds are not available you are responsible to pay WMWC, by cash or money order, the outstanding balance plus a returned check fee
It is important to inform WMWC right away of any changes to your account.
